[담당업무] ? Management Information - Manage the whole budget to report process in line with group process and procedures - Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting - Review working capital items - Review bids for all financial aspects - Prepare ad hoc analysis - Research and report on factors and risks influencing business performance - Formulate strategic and long-term business plans in conjunction with Group Finance - Analyze competitors and market trends - Liase with operations and sales departments on a regular basis to ensure accuracy, reliability and consistency of information ? Compliance - Oversee the bookkeeping functions including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll - Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization she/he is responsible for, are met including Income Tax, VAT - Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions - Implement policies and procedures to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure and stored in compliance with current legislation in collaboration with the HR department - Liaise with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out - Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation - Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems together with corporate functions (IT, Controlling) ? Cash Management - Maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash - Monitoring and interpret cash flows, controlling on daily basis the company cash - Collaborate with the Treasury department in managing the cash flow and preparing cash flow forecasts in accordance with the corporate policy [자격요건] ? Bachelor degree and above (Master/ Degree Accounting and/or Financial Management/Economics) ? 10+ years of professional experience (10-12 year’s prior experience in Finance Management) ? Preferably Korean national Excellent English language knowledge ? Detail and highly results oriented, Pro-active, Dynamic ? Excellent Information Technology Finance Systems skills ? Excellent basic Microsoft Systems knowledge ? General Management skills with focus on daily management excellence ? IFRS compliancy is essential ? KGAAP compliance and conversion from IFRS essential ? Cash Management experience essential ? EPC contract company and accounting experience ? Excellent computer skills (including MS office, Excel) ? Familiarity with JD Edwards software is preferred, or other ERP systems ?
