[담당업무] ? Collect and analyze the application scenarios of the company's products in various Asian countries, understand customer needs, and provide technical support. ? Participate in the development, deployment, and optimization of company products in different markets to ensure product adaptability and practicality. ? Work closely with customers and internal XFN teams to provide technical solutions and resolve technical issues reported by customers. ? Continuously improve and optimize application solutions based on market and customer feedback, and promote technological innovation. ? Responsible for the application of technical documents writing, training and related support work. ? Participate in cross-cultural communication and cooperation to ensure that products and technologies can adapt to different market needs and cultural environments. [자격요건] ? Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, technology or related majors. ? Practival experience wirth SolidWorks as well as experience in creating specification ? 2-4 years of experience as an application engineer or related technical support, with cross- cultural work experience preferred. ? Familiar with engineering and application development processes, able to quickly understand and adapt to technical requirements in different application scenarios. ? Good cross-cultural communication skills, able to work smoothly with clients and team members from different countries and backgrounds. ? Fluent English proficiency. ? Possessing excellent problem-solving skills, able to effectively respond to challenges and propose innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment. ? Highly self-driven, able to work independently, and possess teamwork spirit. 우대사항 ?
