[담당업무] - Act as the legally registered Import Control Pharmacist and Qualified Person (QP) reported to the MFDS. - Ensure strict compliance with the Korean Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, GIP, and KGSP standards across all operations. - Execute local product clearance, batch release, and evaluate Batch Records/CoAs from manufacturing sites. - Supervise contracted external laboratories for local QC testing and manage seamless technology transfers. - Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the local Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with KGSP and ISO 9001:2015. - Oversee the storage, handling, and distribution environment (including cold chain management) to prevent product degradation. - Manage life-cycle documentation via DMS (Document Management System) for data integrity and inspection readiness. - Lead investigations for product complaints/deviations, implement RCA/CAPA, and manage product recalls in a timely manner. - Host regulatory inspections (MFDS, client, internal GxP audits) and partner with Supply Chain to manage 3PL/vendor risks [자격요건] - A valid Korean Pharmacist license is mandatory - Bachelor’s degree or above (major in pharmacy) - Fluent in English in written and verbal communication - Computer literate (proficiency in MS Office) - At least 3 years of regulatory, manufacturing, or quality assurance experience in the pharmaceutical industry. - Proven experience hosting or participating in regulatory audits (MFDS) and corporate compliance audits. - Hands-on experience in batch release within manufacturing sites or importing companies.
