| 업무내용 / 자격요건 |
[담당업무] 1/ Marketing Strategy - Based on the company’s Marketing plans for Korean market, support Marketing manager to prepare a Marketing strategy in line with the company’s objectives to achieve the sales target and increase brand awareness. - Responsible for annual revenue and promotion (special offer / GWP / Sample / Tester) under management - Monitor and update brand positioning vs.competitors’ and market trends regarding the products/price/promotion and the distribution 2/ Product Management - Establish annual forecast by product and monitor the performance of each product category - Manage and monitor product lifecycle based on the performance and recommend the product discontinuation on annual or seasonal basis - Collaborate and coordinate with various teams in terms of product registration, import and other logistics functions. 3/ Forecasting, import and DOI management - Liaise launches with the sales dept. to forecast the realistic quantities of promotional items (Sample / Tester / Special GWP related to specific action) as well as new products. - Strong motivation of sales support to achieve the target. Product forecast, import and control the inventory level. [자격요건] ? 3 ~5 years’ experience in the cosmetic industry and background in product management is preferred. ? Strong analytical skills in budget and forecasting. ? Effective and professional skills in Korean and English ? Proactive and positive attitude with affirmative communication skills.
