업무내용 / 자격요건 |
[담당업무] 1. Relationship with Retailers (Department Store, Sephora and other new channels) - Negotiate the counter size and location, commission rate, with Retailers - Manage entire process of counter opening, renovation and closing - Propose and cooperate with retailers for key promotion 2. Retail Sales Development - Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team - Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target of the area and key products - Monthly review the Productivity by counter, BCs and report to BGM - Cooperate with Sales-In team to ensure efficient order taking and processing stocks management for all counters 3. Management of Sales force - Analyze Sales KPI plan, prepare and execute proper plan to achieve sales target - Conduct regular counter visit and motivate BCs to have team spirit to reach target - Responsible for managing BCs daily working life (holiday schedules, working hours and training schedules, etc) - Recruit qualified BCs and allocate them to counter the collaboration with HR team - Propose development plan for BCs to enhance knowledge and skill 4. Budget Management - Planning the annual budget for sales and cost (scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, Incentive scheme) - Review the progress of annual budget plan monthly and make the revised plan quarterly 5. Promotion/ animation management - Promotion/ animation proposal to department store and chain doors including VIP promotion managements. - Supervise and execute the promotional activities formulated by Marketing department - Discuss and negotiate with the store to have visuals, promotion events etc. - Manage preparation status and feedback report for each promotion event - Deliver messages, purposes, action plans at each promotion event to BCs 6. Team Management - Coach, support and develop the Retail manager by managing and driving performance, setting individual goals - Promotion team management for proper promotion execution and to support counter activities. [자격요건] ? University degree (Not must, preferred) ? At least 8 years in retail sales at cosmetic/FMCG industry ? Long-lasting and strong relationship with Retailer ? Good communication and negotiation skill ? Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills ? Strong team player capable of building and motivating teams ?
