HR manager -Global Marketing Agency

업무내용 / 자격요건 [담당업무]
- Manage local and/or regional programs, initiatives and projects for employees (130+)
- Recruit, evaluate, train and motivate employees
- Support and/or participate in interview, recruiting and onboarding processes 
to ensure candidates and employees are effectively integrated and engaged
- Fulfill training and citizenship requirements and facilitate learning for employees
through the corporate's own Learning Institute
- Respond to employee inquires on payroll and C&B questions
- Support HR Associate Director with additional reactive and proactive projects


[자격요건]
Basic Qualifications
- At least six years’ progressive experience in human resources

Preferred Qualifications
-BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in innovative HR management in a professional services environment
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize appropriately under pressure
- Ability to effectively manage people and solve problems
- Ability to effectively lead training and presentations
- Ability to effectively manage HR processes and provide guidelines
- Familiarity with applicable employment laws and experience managing employee relations
situations
- Proficiency in reading/writing/speaking English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
