| 업무내용 / 자격요건 |
[담당업무] Main objectives Responsible for effective maintenance of tools and providing high quality of service to customer Training customers, repairing machines, <신입의 경우> pipe, welding machine 관련 업무를 하시게 될 것입니다. Welding machine 관련해서는 작업자 등 교육 및 demo 등이 주 역할입니다.고객에게 장비 교육 및 장비 수리 업무를 함. Main Tasks 1. Maintenance work of welding machines and Repairing machines 2. Providing customer a preventive maintenance at job site and actions in time 3. Demonstrate welding machine and product technology as part of sales activities 4. Technical training for dealer and customer for welding machines (Customer's engineers and workers) 5. Corporate work with business segment sales managers in Korea and technical department in other countries within the organization. 6. Handling fields issues and co-work with customer at their site on request 7. Provide service support at customer's abroad site for short/long period time 8. Providing Document for customers 9. Answer complex technical questions on equipment and work with customers to troubleshoot problems [자격요건] Need decent amount of knowledge on plastic materials Understandings of assembled pipe module and its pressure and flow rate Required overall view on plastics and its application Engineering major or science background - 학력 : 고객에게 장비 교육, 장비 수리가 가능한 공대 출신 (재료,화학,전기,전자 공학과 등 우대) - 영어 : 영어 커뮤니케이션 능통자 (speaking, writing, reading) _운전 가능자 [전형절차] 서류전형 - 컨설턴트 인터뷰 - 기업 면접 [제출서류] 국영문이력서(경력기술서 포함) [직무분야] Technical service engineer [경력년수] 신입 ~경력 5년 [기본연봉] 경력자는 최종 연봉 이상 협의 신입 기준 연봉 : 기본급 3천 + 식대 월 150,000 + 차량유지비 보조 월 50만원 또는 그에 해당하는 법인차량 지원(차량 지원은 약간의 변동이 있을 수 있습니다.) + 핸드폰 요금 보조 및 각종 경조사, 건강검진, 단체보험 등.
