[담당업무] This position will encompass five primary roles: business strategist, IT strategist, IT functional leader, technology advocate and change agent. Having full accountability for IT investments and architectural decisions, this person will be proactive in providing cost-effective solution-based alternatives, using technology that can support the strategic direction while fostering a culture promoting empowerment, growth, and a collaborative spirit within the IT department. [Information Technology] - Develop, gain approval, and implement IT strategic plan to support company vision. Align systems strategy with business strategy - Manage and lead the development, implementation, and/or integration of cost effective, responsive application software, communication and networking solutions with the end goal enterprise-wide systems - Approve the purchase, rent, lease, license, or other acquisition from outside sources of computer systems, communication systems, office systems, hardware, software, or services to meet the needs of the company in accordance with established corporate policies - Support the process of preparation of IT budget/plan and to provide accurate and timely information and analysis to help management monitor ongoing performance - Ensure compliance with Corporate and company IT policies [Staff Management & Development] - Ensure alignment of team objectives within IT, with adjacent resources and corporate interests - Responsible for managing & coaching subordinates [Security] - Responsible for the design, procedures and day-to-day management of security program - Plans, programs for, and directs the total physical security effort for the Company - Monitors and stays current on the latest technical advances in security-related equipment as part of assuring that company physical security infrastructure is effective and up to date [자격요건] - Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related degree, or equivalent work experience - Minimum 5 years SAP SD(or MM) knowledge including strong experience in order-to-cash and pricing configuration - Expert, in-depth business process and industry knowledge in retail and/or apparel fashion business - SAP S/4 HANA Fashion, retail POS or AFS experience is a plus - At least 1 full lifecycle implementation (all phases) of SAP ECC or SAP H/4 HANA - Superior interpersonal communication skills; flexibility; responsiveness. - Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills - Fluent in English [전형절차] 서류전형 - 컨설턴트 인터뷰 - 기업 면접 2회 (미국 지사 화상면접) [제출서류] 국문 & 영문 이력서(경력기술서 포함) [직무분야] IT [경력년수] 15년 이상 [기본연봉] 업계 상위 수준으로 협의 [참고사항] 1분기내 합류 [지원방법] 하단의 회원 온라인지원 혹은 ty@cnscout.co.kr 로 이력서를 보내 주시면 검토 후 헤드헌팅을 진행하여 드리겠습니다. |
