[담당업무] Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Perform the failed valve FA(Failure Assessment)/repair 2. Technical communication with customer/HQ based on valve FA(Failure Assessment) report 3. Perform ERP update for FA/Repair related activities 4. Close work with relevant departments(Customer Service team/Operation team/Sales team/Field Application team) 5. Communication/alignment with Service coordinator/Field Service team. 6. Perform on-site support to fix field issue if needs be. 7. Perform scheduling for the failed valve FA [자격요건] BS degree with mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, electric engineering, mechatronics engineering, material science engineering 5yrs experience of CS team/engineering team in SEMI/Display industry Prefer the experience of SEMI/Display capital companies. Prefer the experience of vacuum process/valve operation in SEMI/Display industry. Technical competence for mechanical/electrical/software. Strong customer focus and commitment for customer satisfaction. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skill in Korean and English. Demonstrated ability to work in a team-based environment. Demonstrated skills in using computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
