[담당업무] Job Purpose The Senior Consultant, Presales is a key role in contributing to the growth of business within the region, providing outstanding Presales and consultancy support for AVEVA solutions and/or other supported client software. This position may be required to travel at short notice to an AVEVA office, or customer location, anywhere in the region or around the world. Depending on level of technical knowledge, the job holder may be assigned a Subject Matter Expert role in one or more solution domain. Principal Accountabilities ? Communicate the value proposition of our solutions to prospects at presentations, workshops, industry events and seminars ? Contribute to the planning, creation, development and delivery of demonstrations that prove the value of our solutions ? Engage with prospects to understand specific needs/problems and contribute to the development of appropriate technical solutions. ? Contribute to the preparation and presentation of technical proposals to solve specific prospect needs/problems. ? Contribute to the planning, creation, organising and execution of Proof of Capability presentations and demonstrations to prospects that “prove and confirm” the value of our technical solution to their specific needs/problems. ? Provide Technical Support (including training, implementation and consultancy), on occasion, as required by line management. Important Working Relationships ? Prospects: Develop good working relationships with clients and always provide the highest level of customer service and professionalism. ? Sales: Work with the sales teams in identifying and qualifying opportunities, providing technical support at all levels of prospect engagement and ensuring throughout that proposed solutions are workable and are in-line with AVEVA’s strategic objectives. ? Technical: Work within a dynamic team and show flexibility in the use and development of personal and technical skills to maximise the team’s efficiency. ? Coaching and mentoring junior employees. [자격요건] ? Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Chemical or Process related engineering discipline. ? Typically above 5 years' experience of the process plant operations, process simulation and optimisation or equivalent experience within AVEVA. ? Proven experience with technical proposals and the creation of Proof of Capability demonstrations. ? Experience in a customer focused environment, including the ability to present technical data. ? Industry experience in the process related discipline is highly desired. ? Experience working with engineering and design tools (e.g. P&ID, process simulation, 3D) is an added advantage Customer Focus ? Has a good manner and is pleasant and patient with the customer at all times. ? Understands the importance of the customer. Relationship Management ? Builds working relationships with peers and with members of other teams. ? Works effectively in a team and communicates well. ? Provides multiple channels of communication to help prospects to overcome concerns. Influencing Skills ? Presents facts logically and confidently. ? Is clear and precise in presentations to groups. Customer Business Awareness ? Seeks understanding of the major business drivers for the industry verticals that AVEVA serves. Solution Mapping ? Understands the value propositions for all relevant AVEVA solutions and can clearly express these to customers. ? Can identify where solutions map onto customer needs. Demonstration Behaviour ? Is able to deliver a polished demonstration of AVEVA's solution in the context of the problem we are trying to solve. ? Monitors the level of audience engagement and comprehension during presentations and responds appropriately. General Skills ? Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team. ? Good problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate the needs/problems of prospective customers with some assistance and direction. ? The ability to effectively manage and handle multiple and possibly competing commitments simultaneously with some direction and guidance. ?
