| 업무내용 / 자격요건 |
[담당업무] 1. Hard merchandising - Design new opening and renewal counter according to the retail MD plan and brand plan - Understanding 'fresh' merchandising strategy and localize based on local sales environment, customers. - Vendor management. - Discussion with region & central VM team. - Communicate with local team ? BGM, retail , MKT , training team. 2. Soft merchandising-Campaign - Planning for campaign display in-line with central VM strategy. - Reflecting to local MKT plan : main focus, sub focus, promotion etc. - Control and arrangement regarding all soft merchandising process. - Communication with MM, PM, Retail manager. 3. Event Design and Execution - Localizing and development for all event which is relevant to customer. - Communication with related department. - Layout confirmation and installation according to the location and event schedule. - Execution for all event : beauty theater/mega event/ outpost / VIP lunch and Beauty class/ PR event/ internal event. 4. Budgeting and cost control - Establish VMD budget and management. - CAPEX control with BGM. - Expenditure co-work with finance team. - Bidding with agencies : to make efficient cost basement 5. Manage VMD Assistant - Supervise and develop VMD assistant.
