업무내용 / 자격요건 |
[담당업무] 1. Sales - Identify business opportunities and implement actions to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales target through managing/monitoring annual target per product, counter and month. - Set and implement strategic reward program (incentive, commission, etc) to drive business performance i.e. product launching, special promotion events when needed. - Support and coordinate the execution of promotion activities in collaboration with Marketing Department. - Ensure counters to maintain perfect level of visual merchandising. - Develop and deliver counter-wide strategy to drive client development activities that cultivate new and existing clients, in partnership with Marketing(CRM) Department. - Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor and by partnering effectively with sales professionals on their client interactions. - Manage and motivate the sales team to drive the success of the business through key product pillars. 2. Nogotiation - Negotiate the commission rate, the cost-sharing of the counters, size, location and personalization with department stores - Maintain good relationships with all levels of management of department stores. - Manage entire process of counter opening, renovation and closing. - Direct the retail team to manage contractors properly for counter construction, renovation and maintenance. - Support the retail Team to solve issues with department stores if necessary. 3. Retail Staff Management - Develop and execute a retail talent strategy for the sales team to recruit, retain and develop a high performing team together - Elevate and hire talent to ensure a winning team and create a best in class service and selling organization. - Continuously encourage, coach and provide qualitative feedback, utilize celebration and appreciation as well as the performance management process to improve sales team engagement and performance. 4. Education - Oversees entire brand training (all levels of staff training, product training, sales/CS training, make up service training, etc) in line with HQ guideline - Proactively give insights to make a business focused training program, also effectively localize/launch the training program - Regularly make counter visits to monitor BC’s performance and share on-sit feedback with Training Manager - Be responsible for developing CM leadership & BC competencies in line with Make Up For Ever’s DNA 5. Reporting - Prepare daily, weekly, monthly sales analysis and evaluate results. - Support all division including Marketing team, E-commerce team in identifying the market trends, competitor’s activities and consumer behavior. - Oversees annual training budget and report to be shared with HQ & local key stakeholders [자격요건] Experience ? Minimum of 12 years of retail management experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant customer related experience in Korea preferably. Competencies ? Proven track record in sales generation, managing the achievement of sales result and profitability targets. ? Proven ability to develop new opportunities while ensuring brand recognition and penetration in market. ? Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, Power Point, Client tracking systems and Point of Sales (POS) system. ? Analytics and strategic skills to be able to define effective action plans with agility and quick time to market. ? Dynamic team player with ability to positively motivate staff and network locally, regionally and global to build relationships. ? Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills using with hands-on mindset ?
