[담당업무] - Responsible for monthly closing of financial accounts, cash flow management, financial analysis, local compliance and corporate governance, statutory and management reporting. - Ensure that the monthly management reporting is carried out efficiently, within the stipulated timeframe and in accordance to set standards - Plan and co-ordinate with all departments to prepare the annual budget and forecast in the system and in presentation. - Provide the periodic variance analysis (vs. Budget and Forecast) for sales, margin, and operating expenses etc. - Manage the taxation by complying with all local tax reporting requirements - Create, evaluate and maintain an effective internal control system in compliance to SOX. Evaluate key business processes and identify improvement areas - Co-ordinate strategic planning process and identify improvement areas. - Review investment proposals for new store projects and forecast working capital management. - Collaborate across functions to support cost-benefit analysis and decision making - Provide strong support to Country Manager, Korea, and Board in all ad hoc projects, including the setup of back-of-house, on-going business development, and information system implementation [자격요건] - University degree in Accounting/Finance discipline with CPA professional qualifications - At least 10 years solid experience in Accounting and Finance, with at least 4 years of experience in Korea retail industry with a multinational company - Experience of Project Management in Supply Chain Solutions PARTICULAR SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED - Familiar with US accounting rules, Korea GAAP and SOX compliance - Possess strong analytical mind, problem solving and management skills - Well versed in Microsoft Office Suites and highly proficient in MS Excel spreadsheet - Meticulous, Highly analytical, Independent, Proactive, Team player, Positive working attitude - Ability to work well under pressure and handle tight reporting deadlines - Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to handle staff at all level - Hands-on experience in SAP preferred CHARACTERISTICS REQUIRED - Demonstrable ability to use initiative and be proactive - Courageous, passionate and open-minded - Full of energy and drive - Have a sense of urgency and ability to deal swiftly with changing needs - Team player with the ability to work on own initiative when required - Highly organised with an ability to multi task - Pleasant and accommodating disposition - Innovative and proactive, with a “can do” approach - Enthusiastic with a good sense of humour - Well presented with the ability to communicate confidently [전형절차] 서류전형 - 컨설턴트 인터뷰 - 기업 면접 [제출서류] 국문&영문 이력서 [직무분야] Finance [경력년수] 10년 이상 [기본연봉] 면접 후 협의 [참고사항] - Department: Finance - Reporting to: Country Manager, Korea & South East Asia [지원방법] 하단의 회원 온라인지원 혹은 ck@cnscout.co.kr 로 이력서를 보내 주시면 검토 후 헤드헌팅을 진행하여 드리겠습니다. |
