[담당업무] Develop and implement the product(category) marketing plan. - This individual will conduct market research to identify trends in the appropriate market segments, and competitive developments. - Create and manage the implementation of the annual strategic marketing plan for each customer segment within area of responsibility. - Manage the product portfolio for the assigned product/customer segment. - Drive results through the launch of new products, next generation products, and product enhancements. - Partner with the Global Marketing Team to create and implement the long-term product strategy, including product enhancements and new product development. - Continuously monitor market needs and customer acceptance through sales force collaboration, customer visits, attending key congresses and meetings, and conducting primary and secondary market research. - Monitor sales and profits and report on product line performance to management, utilize sales analysis skills to understand and report on product and market dynamics. Trade Marketing - Plan and implement positioning strategies of 4brand in Korea with 4P integration - Plan and implement new product launch campaigns ? media launching events, e-marketing campaign, advertising and PR, etc. - Plan and implement seasonal campaigns with integrated marketing communications ? Back-to-school, Spring, Parents’ Day, Thanks-giving, X-mas, year-end, etc. - Plan, drive and manage product launch results based on revenue in collaboration with sales teams Forecast & Budget Management. - Plan and manage the product line marketing budget. - Provide input to assist Sales Management in forecast sales for manufacturing and financial planning. - Understand market dynamics and recommend pricing strategy. Define and implement marketing support for the various brands and partnership programs: - Define the content of customer training courses - Provide customers with the necessary material - Implement B2C & B2B2C campaigns - Define & manage marketing budgets - Develop new communication tools and concepts Define and implement the commercial strategy with the stakeholders mainly with sales force and training. - Have intimate knowledge of the sales process for the assigned customer segment and provide critical sales tools. - Support local sales training by providing strategic goals and marketing messages. - Liaise with Sales Training resources as content experts. - Perform Sales Training during phase training sessions, trade shows, and sales meetings. - Provide Field Sales with updates on product, services, and market changes. - Be a resource to Field Sales and respond to point of sales questions and requests. - Develop the commercial strategy in close collaboration with the sales planning, CS, training, sales & MD. [자격요건] Education: - BA or BS degree, preferably in marketing, engineering, or life sciences. Experience: - Minimum 12 years’ experience as a product or brand manager in multinational company. (Preferably in Spectacle Lens) - Broad knowledge of the marketing domain and a good business understanding - Experience in optical is highly preferred, consumer healthcare and retail industries experience is plus. - Experience bringing new products to market is highly preferred. - Knowledge and experience in the product development process preferred.
