[담당업무] - Lead the framework/application architecture, design and collaborate with service development work group to ensure the design of highly performing open-source-based solutions remains current and aligned with industry standards. - Oversee the deployment of IoT solutions across *** production sites, ensuring stable performance and reliability of the deployed systems. - Maintain the *** IoT platform by continuously updating, improving, and managing it with appropriate open-source technologies, facilitating smooth scalability based on robust R&D activities. - Effectively communicate with the service application development work group to establish and enforce standardized coding practices when utilizing open-source technologies. - Design and review application architecture to ensure it meets business needs, supports scalability, and integrates seamlessly with existing systems and platforms. - Evaluate and recommend architectural patterns, frameworks, and technologies that align with best practices and the organization’s goals. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into architectural specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the development process. - Conduct regular architecture reviews and provide mentorship to the developers, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines and quality standards. - Identify and mitigate architectural risks, ensuring that solutions are resilient, maintainable, and adaptable to changing business needs. - Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance the overall architecture and performance of the applications. [자격요건] - Minimum 15 years of proven experience as a key contributor in the design, development, and management of large-scale real-time enterprise systems, with a strong focus on application architecture. - Strong leading skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team. - Excellent English communication skills. - Experience with open-source software and IoT platform. Technical excellence in Kafka, PostgreSQL, timescale DB, and docker/docker orchestration is plus. - Proficient in application architecture design principles and best practices, including microservices, APIs, and cloud-native solutions. - Experiences in managing development cycle using Azure DevOps. - Experiences in System performance monitoring utilizing APM tools and programs. - Interest in and ability to conduct research and review of new technologies.
