[담당업무] [OVERVIEW] When you’re part of the team at Zuellig Pharma Korea, you’ll do important work, like helping customers in finding cures for cancer, protecting the environment or making sure our food is safe. Your work will have real-world impact, and you’ll be supported in achieving your career goals. [ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES] 1. Client Communication - Report for inbound / outbound shipment to Client - Report to Client weekly monthly basis for the inventory and transaction - Prepare Depot Project Instruction with Client - Response effectively and efficiently to client inquiries within timely manner - Attends and handles client complaints, and raise up to responsible Project Supervisor 2. ERP System Management - Order entry - Return entry. - Monitor inventory level and track shipments to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize product shortage. - Generate transaction report. 3. Cost Managing - Manage credit limits and monitor overdue accounts. - Verify accounts receivable and send balance confirmation to Client. 4. Document Management & Others - Proper fill-in of Delivery order documentation - Reporting of inventory status to Client (including IVRS) - Assist in cycle counting & stocktakings - Good warehouse housekeeping - Raise appropriate non-conformance reports and documentation for CR discrepancies. 5. Data analysing and consolidation. - Prepare KPI report and submit to Client. - Consolidate monthly activities and submit monthly service fee based on data. 6. Secondary Repackaging Managing - Communicate with vendor and manage procurement of packaging materials. - Communicate with client from receiving orders and report completed batch record. [KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS] - Used to work according to defined processes. - Able to work under pressure and meet deadline with high endurance. - Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Good practice of written English - Service attitude - Knowledge of ISO, GMP, GCP and GSDP - Good general health to perform job properly.
