[담당업무] Job Summary: The Information Technology Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT assets, and supporting various technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals. - Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems and equipment. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. - Assist with the setup and deployment of new hardware and software. - Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory. - Collaborate with other overseas IT team members to improve system performance and reliability. - Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed. - Provide training and support to staff on IT-related topics. - Document and track issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the help desk system. [자격요건] Qualifications: - Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred). - Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role. - Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking. - Familiarity with Windows operating systems. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are a plus. - Fluent English language knowledge (both written and verbal).
